Nuoli Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 September 2026

Nuoli is a product of torrhes.com. These terms are the agreement between you and torrhes.com ("we", "us") for using the Nuoli app and the nuoli.app website ("Nuoli"). By using Nuoli you accept them. If you do not, please do not use Nuoli.

1. What Nuoli is, and is not

Nuoli plans trips: it builds a day-by-day itinerary from a destination, your dates and your answers, lets you change it as the trip happens, and keeps a record of what you did. Parts of Nuoli are written by an AI model.

Nuoli is a planning tool and nothing more. It is not a travel agency and it books, sells and provides no travel service. Nuoli is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting for any attraction, venue, museum, restaurant, tour operator, hotel, airline, transport company or booking site that a plan mentions or links to. A place appearing in a plan means the AI thought it fit your trip, not that anyone paid for it or vouched for it.

2. The beta

Nuoli is currently a closed beta. Access needs an invite code, which is personal to the person we gave it to. We may change, pause or end the beta, change what is free, or reset beta data with notice in the app. Features may be incomplete, and things may break.

3. Your account

You can use Nuoli without an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be 16 or older to create one. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; the Privacy Policy says what that does with your data.

4. Nuoli Plus

Nuoli Plus is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price and the period are shown in the store before you buy. The store bills you, renews the subscription until you cancel it, and handles refunds under its own rules; cancel through your App Store or Google Play subscriptions page, at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. We may change what Plus includes and its price for future periods, with notice.

The free tier includes a limited number of AI-planned trips and a limited number of AI edits per trip. Those limits are shown in the app and may change.

5. The AI can make mistakes

Itineraries, suggestions, tips and answers are generated by an AI model from public information and what you told it. They can be wrong, out of date or unsuitable. A venue may be closed, moved, sold out, more expensive, further away or less accessible than the plan says. Nuoli is not responsible for a plan that did not work out, a closed venue, a missed booking or the cost of a wasted day. Links to maps, booking sites and other services take you to third parties with their own terms.

6. Your responsibilities

Before you rely on a plan, check with the venue or the operator: opening hours, prices, availability, tickets, distances, safety and accessibility. Travel documents, visas, insurance, transport and bookings are yours to arrange; Nuoli reminds you of some of them and guarantees none. You decide what to do on your trip.

7. Your content

Your trips, notes, photos and everything else you put into Nuoli stay yours. You give us the permission we need to store, process and display that content to run Nuoli for you, including sending the trip content to the AI provider to plan it, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content for advertising or to train models.

You may not put into Nuoli content that is illegal, that you have no right to share, or that harms someone.

8. Content and imagery

City photos shown in Nuoli come from Wikimedia Commons and belong to their photographers under the licences shown there. Venue names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners; their appearance in a plan implies no relationship with them (section 1). Nuoli's own name, design, code and the text it ships with are ours or licensed to us. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices, and nothing more.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use Nuoli to break the law, to abuse the AI or the free tier through automation or multiple accounts, to attack the service, to scrape it, or to reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows. Do not share your invite code publicly. We may suspend or end access for abuse.

10. No warranty

Nuoli is provided as it is, especially during the beta. We do not promise that it will be available, error-free, or that any plan is accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for a trip that did not go to plan, or for anything caused by third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including consumer protection rights.

12. Ending

You can stop using Nuoli and delete your account at any time. We can end or suspend access for breach of these terms or if we shut the service down, with notice where we can give it. Sections 5, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 13 survive.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the place where you live. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to sue where you live. Before either of us goes to court, we agree to try to settle the matter by email first.

14. Changes

We will post changes here with a new date. For a change that matters, we will say so in the app before it takes effect. Using Nuoli after that is accepting the change.

15. Contact

Nuoli is a product of torrhes.com, the trading name of Hector Torres, Seattle, Washington, USA.
